Three years old and thinks potty training is a joke!

My little girl just turned 3 and she laughs at potty training. I have tried everything imaganable. We got the special potty the rewards and encouragement. We are at are wits end and she wont budge. I dont believe in punishing her but people at my work told me that is what I might have to resort to. I tried timing her and putting her on the potty. I have asked every 5 min. if she had to go. I tried the special pull-ups and she thinks it makes it easier to take them off when she is done and throws them away. I don't know what to do I need help please anyone!

I am having the same problem with my son.  He is 3 1/2, will be 4 on March 28.  Any help would be appreciated!!!!!!!

Have you tried just letting her run around in undies for a couple days?  We are on day three, and it's working great.  My son didn't want to sit on the potty either, but he figured out fast that he didn't want pee running down his leg either.
