my 2 1/2 yr old son hasnt had any accidents during the day for at least a month. we have completely gotten rid of diapers (day and night). he stays dry at night, but wets himself during naptime. what the **%%$??(he pees before naptime too) most of the time he wakes up from nap crying and has peed in his pants. i'm not sure if he is peeing while sleeping, or waking up then doing it, how can he go all night, but not make it 2 hours during the day?

Hmm....that is odd.

You may want to try just putting a pull up over his underwear during naps to see if that helps any.

Has he ever gone thru naptime without wetting?

a lot of the time, he makes it through naptime, but kind of goes though phases and pees at naptime 3-4 days in a row.  and of course he wakes up from nap just when the bus comes with 4 kids, so cleaning him up is lots of fun and chaos :) i told him we would have to start the cold showers again, and he definitely doesnt like those...

sounds like cool/lukewarm showers are the best option if they tend to work with him.

Does he drink right before nap? Maybe try not to give him anything 30 or so minutes before his nap-time.....
