My DD is finally about day trained. I've been trying to potty train her for the poast 6 months and it was getting no where because she preferred to go in the bathroom and play with everything and get into things instead of actually sitting on the potty. We are now on day 4 of no accidents. I wanted to try the nighttime potty training. I've still been putting her in diapers at night and I'm just not sure what to do.

Should I just take away the diapers and put her to bed or should I gradually work into taking the diapers away? Or how should I do it? I have no idea! Help please!

There's a post near the top of this forum, that lays it out step by step.  If you can't find it, let me know and I'll post a link.

I was putting a diaper over underpants so it wouldn't leak -- but then I discovered the diaper was too absorbant and it didn't wake up my DD.  I finally got rid of the diaper, put plastic pants over underpants so there wasn't such a big mess, and then woke her up once or twice to take her potty.  Eventually she was able to wake up on her own.  Good luck!
