fibroids

Hi my name is Sharon, i am 42 years old mother of three and was just diagnosed with a small fibroid and for the first time every since my pregnancies i have missed a two periods with cramping and bloating but no period and have taken several pregnancies tests all negative. Please help with comments because it is starting to worry me and my gyn said not to worry but i do because i never missed a period before and i am very physical fit. Any suggestion would be appreciated.

I've had fibroids for 5 years and I don't miss periods, just have heavier bleeding.  If you don't feel right about what's going on, maybe you should ask another doctor.
