Hi...we're taking a 12 hour road trip with a 1 and 2 year old. I found this website with a lot of good ideas. I hope it will help.

HI! I saw that site too and it has some good ideas though most of them we do already. This summer I am taking my 3 ( ages 21 months, 5 and 7) to Virginia Beach (from New York)  and then in November , taking them to Disney (driving). and I am single so I am doing it myslef.
LOL
I'm sure there will be times I am cramped, tired and frustrated but it''ll all be worth it when we aree there and Mommy doesnt have to clean, cook or make beds for a week. Not to mention, no laundry, no bills, etc..

My persoanl best advice from past trips is :
lots of snack bags, (not too much to drink though), and bring NEW DVD's they have never seen before as well as a few (wrapped) gitfs for them (books, games, etc...) They can open one  here and there when really bored or tired   ..it's fun!

Have a fun summer!!!
