RULES:

1. You must live in Staten Island or frequently visit.

2. You must have photos of yourself and/or your children in your profile. Failure to do so may result in removal from group. If for some reason, you are unable to upload photos, please advise me so I may make a note of it.

3. You must have some information filled out on your profile to remain in the group.

4. If anyone is inactive on cafemom (not this group) for 6 months or longer, you may be removed.  If you decide to open up a separate SI mommy type group, you will be removed.  As i the past with people who have done this they just copy everything from my group.  Sorry.

5. If anyone has a problem with another member, please contact me for a ressolution if necessary or if you think something is up/not right with a member so that I may investigate. I want to keep the group safe.

6. I will not tolerate any drama on the group. If someone feels the need to start stuff on the group or with a member, you will be removed with no notice. Absolutely no copying of any of our posts/events into any other Staten Island groups. I don't bust my butt to get this info to have it copied into other groups and if a mom wants to post the same thing in different groups that is fine, but no other member has the right to copy and paste another members posts!!!

7. No stalking of members. If I am contacted by a member being stalked by another member (with proof), the stalker will be removed immediately, with notice.

8.  Put things where they belong.  If you have something to sell put it in the Stuff for Sale post.  If you want to advertise your business, put it in the Support Moms post.  If something is posted where it doesnt belong, I will remove it with or without notice.

9.  Please keep your signatures short and do not advertise a bunch of groups etc. 

These rules are made for a reason. You may think it is sill for people not to post photos, but there are predators out there and I do not want them getting into this group. I have already removed 6 people from this group for one or more of the above reasons.

Please note that you can set your profile to PRIVATE so the only people who can see your photos are your friends.

Lets make this group work by having group participation. I try to schedule playdates for all ages and for moms only.

If anyone has any suggestions on how to make the group better, please contact me or leave a post.

IF YOU DON'T HAVE TIME TO LOG ON EVERY DAY BUT WANT TO SEE WHATS GOING ON JUST SUBSCRIBE TO THE DAILY DIGEST. Go into your edit preferences on the main page of the group to do so.

Lastly, I am currently working on a document where I will have moms verified by myself and/or other moms. We want to keep this group safe and predators out.

Cafemom is in the process of creating a calendar to make things easier until then I am seeking another way to make the calendar a little easier.
