I was wondering ..... anybody else have routines set up around the secret or your goals and dreams , or am I just anal retentive , I say my gratitude list everyday while brushing my teeth , I have an intention board I set to see 1st thing in the morning and last at night , have started ones for the kids kind of an achievement and future thing , I listen to subliminal and affirmation tapes nighly , I was raised in such a negative environment I figure I need total saturation to rewire the way I think , and it really works , I also rework them every 6 wks I have done this for about 3 yrs and it is amazing how much my life has changed and how much I have changed , Anybody else ?

Yes, I have routines similar to yours....and yes, I'm a little anal and/or obsessive compulsive, or so my family says..lol.
I have quotes, mantras, inspirational writings that I have posted in my bathroom, bedroom and the refrigerator that I read whenever I am in those areas. I have a ritual each morning and night when I first get into bed of giving thanks for everything in my life, etc. You are right, it does help, just like when our kids are little.....routine, routine, routine. Thanks for sharing.

Yeppiers. I do not use the boards however I use to. I bought the mind movies software. I make my own mind movies and then I watch them first thing in the moring and last thing at night..I do keep positive affirmations with me at all times in case I get off track. I use to be a very negative person I have changed alot in the past 8 months I went from thinking that the world was out to get me to I know I can do anything. I would be happy to share some stories if you like about my experience.

I try to keep a routine, but with 3 kids, I sometimes forget!

My routine is very similar. I go over what I am grateful for every night before I go to sleep and every morning when I wake up. My vision board is in my bathroom. I have a list of positive affirmations on my bathroom wall and my desk at work. I think a routine helps with retraining our thoughts.
