I have a stubborn child.... Shea is 6 months old, and she is on formula and baby food. All of a sudden three days ago, she decided she didn't want her formula anymore. It's a battle to get her to take even 3 ounces where she is normally taking 8! She's been on the solids for almost two months, and is normally very good about drinking her bottle, and eating. She just went through her first teething, and has her two bottom teeth now. Could she be getting her top ones soon, and teething is why she doesn't want her bottle? Is she on a bottle strike? I'm so confused. I'm worried that she isn't getting enough formula. Help!
Quoting momma_2_3:I noticed that my 8 month old doesn't want the bottle much either. He LOVES the sippy cup. I think he sees his older brother with it...and wants it too.
Try giving her a sippy cup formula in it.
Most babies just tell you when their ready for stuff....solid foods/big beds/potty training etc!!!
