Has anybody tried herbs? Homeopathy? Indian dances? Anything?!

We've tried homeopathy; specifically Arnica Montana. This remedy is used for bruises and sore muscles. This is safe to use on children with no side effects and can be used safely in repeated doses. This seems to really work well when it is taken at the first sign of achiness, swelling, or heat. The times I tried it when my daughter was already in a miserable flare it did not seem to help much, but the times she asked for it right away, she felt good results within 15-20 mins. I did have to do two doses sometimes before she felt relief, but it was worth it. This works better than Tylenol for my daughter.

I have used Acupressure and Energy healing for my daughter.  When she has had bad days and the meds haven't kicked in yet I use acupressure and she says the pain subsides rapidly.

I bought a book that shows the different points on her body that can reduce the affects of RA.  You can find many online.
