who here has a male factor infertility in addition to PCOS

Long story short I have PCOS n my dh has had a varicocele surgery to improve his lil swimmers lol n it has helped but then I was diganosed wit high risk hpv n had surgery for that as well so now we're both good to I jus hope nuthin else goes wrong
