pregnant on own after using fertility meds?

I have two children and they were both concieved by the use of fertility meds. Tamoxifen with the second and clomid with the first. Has anyone gotten pregnant on their own after fertility med use? We want another child but I don't know if I can go through all the meds and ultrasounds and dr. visits again.
