ok so basically I am desperate to speak to someone who is a closing attorney or realtor...
Our contract expires August 16th. Our lender has dicked around and the loan is going into final underwriting Monday AM if we are lucky... they said 4-5 days for that process... is it even possible to close in that amount of time??? 1 week? to notify the closing attorney? We still do not have a closing date, they have changed it 15 times...
PLEASE I need help... we did and submitted everything on time as asked... they sat with their thumbs up their asses... is this possible to do by the 16th?
My daughter has limb girdle muscular dystrophy. She may waddle, she may fall, but she is not ignorant. She sees you stare. She hears you snicker. Her heart aches like mine and yours when people laugh at her. Be polite and ask about her condition rather than be rude and make fun of her. Please educate yourself, as I can only educate her so much about ignorance and stupidity. I can only tell her so much about just how cruel the world can be.
In MO & KS, it is definitely possible to close (in underwriting stage) in a week.
I mean if that uis all you have left to do then it is possible. Your lender can also RUSH it through....
I want to know WHY "they" have changed the closing date?
WHO changed it & what reason are they giving for changing it????
What state is this transaction taking place in?
