Hi I am a new member and a new agent. Unfortunately I have entered this business in it slowest time. I have become a new agent with a family business and my mother in law has been in it for 15 years she said it is the slowest she has ever seen. I guess what I am asking is how many closings do you have a month? It is so slow here I am lucky to get one. I have been an agent for 6 months. SO SO SO SLOW!!!
It has always been slow for me. I am not sure if it is me or the market. Probably a little of both. I am not so much a go getter and talk to complete strangers kind of person and that is what this business needs. I am afraid of rejection which I have had nd it kind of prevents me at trying again.
I keep my chin up and I keep on trudging. I know that one opportunity is out there for me somewhere, foolish as that may sound.

If you are getting 1closing a month then you are doing AWESOME! Right now if you have back up money - it is the BEST time to start because you actually have to get "old school" and work for it!! I picked up AVON for the holiday to help bring some cash steady but keep your head up and keep trucking! after the election I believe it is allllll going to change!! Good luck - if you want to make a referral network I would be more than happy.
Kind Regards,
Annika

Hi, I'm a fairly new agent, however with the company I chose I have the opportunity to make residual income, retirement income and beneficiary income. I have 4 listings $200,000 up to $598,000. Doesn't take many listings like this to make good money! I chose a farm/ranch niche because I love rural property (although one of my listings is a commercial one). My company also pays high commission splits and I don't have to pay desk fees. Real estate may be slow, but it'll always be here. And when it picks up again.. we'll all be here to help!!![]()
