How to get started to become a Realtor

hello!

Every state is different with how many hours of school you need. You need to go to school and complete those hours, take a test after you finish school and then complete a state test. You will then be certified to sell Real Estate. After that, you need to complete post licensing by your first year. You then have other classes you have to take to keep your license. Like I said, every state is different, this is how Georgia works.

All you really have to do is google "becoming a Realtor in (your state)" and there are tons of places who offer online courses or classes offered in person. I did an online course but you have to be VERY diciplined to do so.

Good luck, this market is tough for a first time Realtor!
