Was wondering from other Realtors... In your opinion, what makes an excellent Realtor?
In your opinion What makes a Bad Realtor?
Just curious to know what others thought...
My opinion is... for an excellent is someone who is not "pushy" and really listens along with knowledge.
Bad Realtors... pushy, not listening and not returning calls promptly.
1. love people
2. passion for helping people
3.Know the industry RE AND finance thoroughly
4. High ethical standards
(a sense of humor is the icing on the cake) like I'm going to be laughing all the way to Blue Springs at 11pm because some snooty girlfriend (Realtor) couldn't do her job and meet a deadline. Yep, I'm gonna be laughing all the way.
