1 pkg. (19 to 21 oz) brownie mix (13X 9-inch pan size)
1 pkg. (8oz.) Philadelphia Neufchatel Cheese softened
1/3 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Heat oven 350
1. Prepare brownie batter as directed on package, spread into greased 13x9-inch pan.
2. Beat Neufchatel cheese with mixer until creamy. Add sugar, egg and vanilla; mix well. Drop by tablespoons over brownie batter' swirl with a knife.
Bake 35 to 40 min or until cream cheese mixture is lightly browned. Cool completely before cutting and serve. Keep refrigerated.
I'll bet! I've not made marbled brownies in ages! Thanks for posting!
