Caramel Pecan bars:

1 (18 oz.) pkg. refridgerated sugar cookies

3/4 c. caramel ice cream topping

2 TBSP. all-purpose flour

1 c. pecan pieces

! c. flaked coconut

1 (6 oz.) pkg. (1 cup) semi-sweet choco. chips

Spray 13x9 in. pan with cooking spray. Cut cookie dough into 1/2 in. slices. Arrange slices in bottom of sprayed pan. W/ Floured fingers, press dough evenly in pan to form crust. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven 10-15 min. or until light golden brown.

Meanwhile, in a glass measuring cup, combine caramel topping and flour; blend until smooth. Remove partially baked crust from oven. sprinkle pecans, coconut, choco. chips evenly over crust. Drizzle w/ caramel mixture.

Return to oven; bake an additional 15-20 min. or until top is bubbly. Cool 1 1/2 hrs. or until completely cooled. Cut into bars. Makes: 36 bars.
