Gluten Free Zucchini Applesauce Spice Cake Recipe

 1 bag (14 oz size) gluten-free spice cake mix
1 egg, beaten
1 egg white, beaten
1/3 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 cup grated zucchini, undrained


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine all ingredients.

Pour into a lightly oiled 9-x-5-inch loaf pan.

Bake 45 minutes. Cool in pan for 10 minutes.

Turn onto wire rack and cool completely.

We have lot of Zuccini so I'm going to try this easy recipe!
