What did you think of the book written all in emails?  Did it help you enjoy the book more or do you feel it took away from the story?

I didn't think I'd be able to get into this format but I enjoyed it!

I'm still wondering exactly what happened with the closet hiding? Would you do something like that to spy on your S.O?

I know there's a sequal to this book, I haven't read it yet though.

1 mom liked this

I just finished it and loved it! I'll have to look for the sequel. Having worked in offices I got a kick out of the dynamics between the different women in the company. I've worked with women similar to all of them at one point or another. Did anyone else want to tell Shella off (before the end of the book) and punch Jennie?

I want to find the sequel too! Yes. I wanted to Shella off and punch Jennie out too!

Do you think the ending was believable - Holly and Toby? Could the feelings felt as a young teen survive all the rest of our teen years and our 20's?

I think feeling could survive, yes. I just think if we let others go away from us without saying what is REALLY in our hearts, the chances of a happy ending TOGETHER are very low.

Does anyone have the kindle version they can send to me so I can read this book?

Mostly I liked this book.  I think the email format left some details out that I would have wanted to know and it took me a little while to get into it.  I wanted to know more about the characters.  I wanted to tell Shella off several times and then just punch Jennie.  The whole course of the relationship with Jennie was really weird to me.  I really think feelings can last and given the right opportunity, those feelings could definitely lead to something.

Do you think Holly should have been fired for lieing on her resume or do you think her real resume should have kept her employed?
