The National Organization for Rare Diseases is coordinating the first Rare Disease Day in the U.S. Europe held the first one last year and it was very successful. They are encouraging everyone to write letters to their governors about this day you can find a sample letter and more info on the NORD website or you can find the link for it on mastokids.org. I couldn't figure out how to get the link here. Sometimes I'm very computer illiterate. LOL!
