I find it hard to believe that it is safe to have a bath in clorox. hmmmmm

This was only one of the recommendations, and it reads to start with 1/8 cup.

I would presonally avoid this recommendation and opt for a bentonite clay bath instead to do the heavy metal detoxing as necessary instead.

Irregardless, the majority of the article discusses treatment through nutrition, which is solid advice.
