Looking for a VPK for my little person. let me know if you have any reccomendations
My older daughter went to Scottsdale. I loved it and so did she! There were 2 full-time teachers in her class and one part-time, so they were able to divide the class by abilities, and concentrate on where each child needed attention, getting them ready for kindergarten. She went full day, so we paid extra, but it was totally worth it!
East Hill Baptist Preschool. I love it, even though we are not baptist (they don't get that deep into the religious thing, except love those around you). My son has gone there since he was 2 and my DH and I have juggled our schedules to make sure that he stays there, we love it so much. I'm looking forward to this year, he starts VPK!
This is the list of all providers in 09-10. You can search the VPK website below if you want to know if they are school year or summer, what their rating is and is they are a low performing provider.
My kids went to the Montessori school. Scottsdale has a great reputation and the owners are fantastic.
I love East Hill Baptist Preschool. Even though we aren't baptist, I love every teacher my son has had. They have helped me so much to get my little person ready for kindergarten.
You can always get an up to date list on the website at http://www.elcbigbend.org/For-Parents/Voluntary-PreKindergarten-VPK
