My son has Q22/VCS/DG.... how ever you want to call it.  Recently I notice him yelling alot and know that hearing loss could be a result of the Q22.

Do any of your children have hearing loss associated with Q22? How young?

Don't have any experience with this, but thought I would bump it up for you.

My daughter had AVCD/SD and we had tubes put in her ears this past year. She's five now and we noticed her hearing changes around three and a half to four years. It started with speaking louder, truing up the tv/radio, asking us to repeat ourselves, and then her pre-k teacher had her tested at school and she failed. We then took her to the dr for an actual hearing test and she pretty much flat lined in both ears leading to the tubes. She's been fairly well since.

I'm sorry this isn't really related to your case with Q22, but I found it interesting that there was another child with possible hearing issues. Because I wasn't sure if it could possibly be related either...
