Hello Everyone,

I am new here and hope to get some help or hear about some experiences.  If possible,  I would like to hear about your experience with coarctation of the aorta, especially ones that were diagnosed in utero.  Also, I would like to know if after your child was born did they find other issues they didn't see before.  I really appreciate the information.  My ultrasound doctor found this at 20 weeks, and we have been going back and forth to the childrens hospital to get echo sonograms.  I am now 32 weeks, and will meet with the delivery/cardio team next week.  Any info that you can give me about your experience would be helpful.

My son had hypoplastic left heart. When he was about 8 weeks old they found coartation of the aorta on an x-ray. They balloned it, but said it could come back.
