Eldest has a heart valve... We are also concerned she may have ADD... is there anything she can take with her heart condition?

Probably you are going to have it cleared with the cardiologist. My daughter isn't on any heart meds and she can pretty much take and do anything.  Havent had to check with add meds though.

asked Pediatrician... he said he wouldn't recomend it unless the add was causing her serious troubles ...

My DS has ADHD and I have been trying organic options to controll his ADHD.  This was all approved by HIS doctor so I suggest you discussing things with yours but I give him fish oil (omega 3/6/9) and Pedi Calm (brand name).  I have read Omegas are good for ADHD and also for your heart as well.  The Pedicalm is formulated to calm overactive minds in these little guys.

I have also been reading that dietary restrictions are a good area to look into.  Both his pyschologist and pediatrician both mentioned removing dairy from the diet.  Also processed foods and artificial dyes (Red dye 40 or 50 I think and all the others)

Hope this helped you.
