orange spot on face

Liam has an orange spot on the left side of his mouth. It gets worsewhen he cries. But fade when he is calm. It is also getting darker everyday, as well as larger. Any idea what it could be? It is new, he has had it for about a week now. It isn't a bruise.
He is on plavix, lasix , and aspirin.
