 My cousin jennifer has a 4 month old little boy named chase. When she was pregnant with him she got an infection called  Cytomegalovirus or CMV. It's a common virus that affects people of all ages. Since she was infected it got passed on to chase. The doctors have given him 6 months to live. The CMV virus has cause scar tissue to form on the baby's liver and he needs  a transplant. The parents are usually the ones that are the best match. jennifer is not and the baby's father( who signed away his rights at the hospital the day the baby was born) refuses to even get tested to see if he is a match. My 14 year old brother is wanting to get tested to see if he is a match and he has never met chase or even seen jennifer since he was 5. The CMV virus in babies can cause mental disabilty,hearing loss,vision loss,growth problems,lung problems,bleeding problems,liver and spleen problems.. Please pray that God will find someone for chase and that He will work in the heart of chase's father. No one person should suffer because of the cowardness of another.

 That is so heartbreaking!  I really hope that ya'll find a match and soon and that God will keep that poor boy healthy.
