Hello, everyone. I'd like to post a prayer request, if I can. Friends of my husband and mine have a child who is suffering from leukemia. He was diagnosed in May of this year and is having quite a difficult time. He is only 10 years old, and yet he has seriously been questioning why God would give him such a disease. His parents are very strong in their faith, however they are having a hard time answering their son's questions. It is very difficult for them to see him suffer, obviously, but it is also difficult to hear him ask questions such as "why did God give me this disease?", "did I do something wrong?", why won't God help me get well?", and so on.
I'm not really looking for answers to any of these questions for them. I'm simply asking that, if you could, please keep this family in your prayers. And not only for healing for their son but also for some sort of guidance and answers to all of their questions, concerns, and even doubts.
