Everyone ready for Thanksgiving?

Hi everyone!  Are you all ready for Thanksgiving?  It's sneaking up on us pretty quick.  I still have to go grocery shopping, but it'll be easy this year since it'll only be me, my dh and our girls.  We'll cook a big dinner, watch some football, play some games like Scattegories, Apples To Apples and James Bond and Madden on the Playstation.  What about everyone else?

I went this afternoon and bought my ingredients for Green Bean Casserole and Apple Crumble which is what I'm making for dinner at my Mom's!

We hosted the neighborhood Bible study Thanksgiving get together yesterday. That was a major undertaking for me because my hubby and I both are so introverted. For Thanksgiving it is will just be me, my hubby, my two kids back from college, and my 6th grader. Tomorrow I am going out to get what I need, like a turkey, pie crusts, and etc. It will be pretty low key with just us, so I am not stressing out about it.

Im cooking and my mom is coming down from atlanta. Then up early friday morning to hit the sales

We are deep frying turkeys and our 13 year old has decided he wants to help with the cooking this year. We will have our 4 children and 6 grandchildren. I'm looking forward to it.
