Is there anyone on this group who is knowledgable enough about both panick and anxiety to describe the difference between them.

I read  a lot of post where I see people using both terms as if they were the same thing.

I suffer from anxiety (and without meds) anxiety attacks which are very much different than a panick attack. I just don't know how to describe the differences.....

From my perspective anxiety is a general constant nervousness, constant worry, inability to stop worrying.  Whereas panic attacks are that flush of adrenaline that make you hot, sweaty, sick at your stomach, make your vision foggy, etc.  Does that make any sense?
