Although I do have a live in boyfriend...... Who is the father of my daughter and not my boys..he helps out the best way he can...any who........lately I have been having a terrible fear of leaving my children behind...I think about it all the time asking myself" how will they cope"who will show them unconditional love, will they be in the foster system?separate???GODhelp me!!!! I haven't seeked help for this but I do believe that it is an anxiety issue...and it dosent help me knowing hat I don't have supportive family.. I pray the prayer often"lord pls keep me here until my children are old enough to understand and care for themselves so that no one else would have to.....and lord I want my children to know me,and I want to see every aspect of their lives, please keep me here.... I thank you for taking the time to read this........I love cafe mom and the feeling tht someone is caring and not judging.....any advise??anyone experience is???anyone been released from this fear??thanks<3

I feel this way a lot. It can be so hard to live in the moment. I am really deeply searching for a relationship with God that allows me to trust that he is taking care of me and my family, instead of always fearing the worst. It ruins the blessings of today. I hope you can find your peace.
I have felt this way before as well. I don't know if there is a good way to get over that feeling. I do know that going to church helped me a lot. And my anxiety is a lot more controlled now as well and that helps a lot too. Just know tat you are not alone, I think all moms feel like this to some extent. Hugs!!!!

This is one of my worst. I'm actually right there with you, convinced I have cancer of some kind. Just took a Xanax, hoping it kicks in soon.

I have had this problem too. I used to get very wrapped into future scenarios a lot! I have learned to stop myself from thinking that way and get back into the moment, it helps.
