Hi everbody. I am new and feel like this is a good place to turn. I suffer from great anxiety and some panic. I lost my twin girls 2 yrs. ago. After I gave birth, I started get heart palpatations. I still get them DAILY today and I can't get it through my head that my heart is okay! I went to a heart specialist 1 yr. ago and he didn't think any further testing was necessary. I'M 27 yrs. old and my husband doesn't really understand. It still freaks me out. I don't know what to do? Any suggestions? Thank you!

Are you on any Meds for anxiety? That might help. I also recommend trying to find a support group for people who've lost loved ones as I am sure loosing your twins was and is extremely hard. Some of your anxiety might be coming from that as well.
