buy a binder and some baseball card sheets, start organizing this by how your store is layed out.   I have 4 sections to my binder grocery, pharmacy, food out, and retail stores.  Every Sunday I take a hour to organize my coupons in my book.

After you have you book ready look at the deals at your local store, do they double, do you have to buy  one product to get another free, ect

Make a list of your special buys, I usually take out the coupons I know I will use and put them in a plastic baggy.

Go to the store and stick to your list

tell family and friends that you are couponing - have them save their Sunday papers for you.  I get about 3-  papers a week just from neighbors and friends.
