Hi,
I'm new here. This is me: I was married once before, we didn't have any children together, he left the marriage (not b/c we didn't have any children, just b/c he was narcissistic). I am remarried to a Godsend of a man who has two children, son/daughter, from a previous marriage. I became their stepmom just about 6 years ago when they were on the cusp of adolescence. They are now nearly 18 and newly 20. They're great kids, I love them a lot. They live with mom, who has a TOTALLY different take on life and relationships. We don't get to see them much, but when we do, we have a really good time together and are very blessed.
Before I go in any deeper, is there anyone out there like me? :) I had a friend one time who was literally in the exact position I was/am and it was awesome to have her friendship, but then she fell off the face of the earth, and I can't find her anymore. Very sad to me.
