My husband and I recently decided to add to our blended family (between us we have my girl and his 2 boys) my daughter was conceived when I was 20, and being 27 and having lived with PCOS since age 11, my fear is that we may have increased difficulty in getting to share this experience together, now that we're both in a happy, healthy, and non-abusive relationship...
I'm curious to know what experiences others with PCOS have had - I've done the research, that along with my OBGYN has warned me this could very well be a difficult process - but I would like to hear the real stories, perhaps hope and encouragement from those who have already been there. What can I expect (opposed to normal experiences)? How long did you work to overcome your symptoms enough to conceive? Any and all advice would be welcome and appreciated!
