My sister-in-law and her husband adopted a preemie in Detroit, his name is Eli, and in just a few weeks he's been able to come off oxygen, feeding tube, and has even been moved out of the NICU! With the hope he'll be coming home soon, I've started a project collecting poems, quotes, verses and prayers from friends and family that I will be inking onto a baby blanket so that he can literally be wrapped in the love that surrounds him. Any suggestions of verses, quotes, etc. to include would be greatly appreciated!

I've got two for you: James 1:17 "Every good and perfect gift is from above... (NIV). Psalm 139:13 "I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made..." (NIV).

Your gift is a great idea. I hope their new life with Eli is amazing!!!

" A Mother holds her son's hand for short time, but holds his heart forever" Or the other way, "A son holds his Mother's hand for a short time but holds her heart forever." I like both
