Hi, I see there's been no movement on this board for a while, but here goes ... :)
I'm British, married to an American, living in Switzerland and France. I hope to retire to our French house and also spend a few months a year in New Zealand. I work full-time at a United Nations organization in Geneva and my daughter gets totally confused as to what nationality she is and what is her mother tongue LOL She is British and American by passport and Swiss by upbringing (with a Swiss passport in her immediate future). She speaks French and English fluently and German/Thai/Khmer by general usage. I don't LOL
Welcome!!! This group used to be pretty active. The original owner was from the Philippines and I don't think she is on cafemom anymore. She gave the group to me, and it has just slowly died. :( I would love for it to be active again!! It has been YEARS since I lived outside the USA. I struggle to find topics for discussion because I am not really a part of that life anymore.
I would LOVE to hear more about the countries you are in and about your experiences. Would love to get to know you too!
Welcome!
