not sure if i did but i totally steamed it until my water was gone and burnt my pot. should i toss this huge amount of butternut squash? not sure if i should feed it to my 7.5 month old.. pls help before i toss it or freeze it..thanks

I know its too late now but you did not over steam it.. I find that squash takes a long time to steam and I had to add water because as it boils it evaporates.. There should not be anything wrong with your squash
