Hi Everyone,

 

Here is a tasty Citrus Pork Chop recipe that uses budget friendly mixed cut pork chops, thyme and grapefruit. It was one of those accidental recipe creations. I thought I had an orange in the fruit basket, turned out it was a grapefruit so I used it anyway and the result was wonderful!
