6th & 7th graders Hom schooling with "Virtual Academy"

Hi

Very recently we have decided to home school our 6th & 7th graders.

The main reason is that we don't care for the public schools here.

Our 7th grader has been VERY unhappy since moving here in 6th grade, and I was finally able to convince the DH that this REALLY is the BEST choice for the kids.

We have also decided to give our state's "Virtual Academy" a  try. From what we understand we will work with the states curriculum or each grade only we are able to "tailor" it to the timing that works better for us.

Are there any other middler schoolers being "virtually" taught?

Hello, think you for putting your message out there I will be trying home school with K 12 and I hope they are good. My child is 12 years old and he is a IEP student. So again thank you have a great summer
