What does everyone use to keep track of their records?

 i always just used a spread sheet but here in pa we dont really need to keep records till shes 8 so i dont know if it would work for then

I just keep all of our work and take pictures of projects.  We are not required to show our work in my state.

I use notepad and record what we do every day and email it to myself every month.

I don't really have to keep records, but I use forms from donnayoung.org for ds's portfolio.  Homeschool Tracker is a nice program.  You can download a free version or pay for an even better one.  HTH!

I like some of the forms on donnayoung.org.  Others I made up myself on excel.  I keep a sample of our work in a storage box labeled with the year on it.
