We use Teaching Textbooks because they explain everything so well and DD views it like a game. We also use Singapore because it really makes you use critical thinking skills. Plus they are opposites--TT-spiral. S. math-mastery.
ETA: I like it because it's mastery and really involves critical thinking skills. The pictures are colorful, which DS likes, lol.
We've just started with MUS. So far DD loves it. I chose it because it looked really hands on, which DD needs and because of the mastery approach which I prefer over spiral.
We use a free math program called MEPs http://www.cimt.plymouth.ac.uk/projects/mepres/primary/default.htm.
I have multiple books, one being by spectrum that is really great. It really explains things in detail for them.
This. I love this site. I am considering getting Teaching Text Books to help free up some of my time. From what I hear it basically teaches it self LOL!
