LOOKS LIKE A IMMATURE GOSSHAWK OR COOPER'S HAWK. HE WASN'T MUCH BIGGR THAN A PIGEON HE JUST SAT FOR QUITE A WHILE POSING FOR ME.

i haven't seen my hawk around for awhile I have tried to get a picture of him but he was to fast
