Even though he still is fussing at school and not doing much work, he is pushing himself at his therapies outside of school. Tuesday is his OT day. He signed more when asked if he wanted more milk or more fruit snacks. He signed please when he wanted to get a toy out of her toy bag! Basically he plays with a magnetic chunky puzzle. He takes it apart and puts it in her toy bag. He was signing please and point to what he wanted out of her toy bag. he didn't go get it until she said he could!! than he picked it up and played with it. He was so proud of himself and so was I!!
Wednesday is his PT day. He did everything with out fussing and with out being told what to do. He knew the routine!! And he was having a ball doing it.
Quoting bbymoma1:thats so great, my son loved working with his therapists. they really do help and they make the learning fun
He loves his OT to death. But we are always scared she will leave. This is his 7th one in 6 years. Some were repeated twice due to hurricanes, maternity leaves and quitting than coming back. His PT is a love hate relationship. He has had the same PT since he was 6 months old.
