My ds has motor planning issues that impact everything. So yes he has global delays.

 My 24 month old son has generalized apraxia. It affects all his motor planning (swallowing, talking, moving, etc...) He is globally delayed. He functions at almost a 15 month level.

Both of the twins have global delays. They have hypotonia which effects everything else.

My son has global development delay but with early intervention the past 6 months things are really coming along.
