Hey ladies! I'm somewhat new here. I used to frequent this website quite a bit about 4 years ago, under a different s/n. Life got the best of me and I didn't really have a chance to stick around.
A little about me:
The name is April, I'm 25 years old. I am currently going to school full time. I just finished an internship and graduated as a certified medical assistant. I will be starting class on the 5th of this month for an associate's degree in applied science. It's been a very long 18 months so far, but I know it will all be worth it in the end.
I am engaged to a wonderful man. He is a USMC veteran, works full time, and is attending to college for a degree in law enforcement. We do not have any children together, but we do have 2 children from separate relationships. His daughter is 5 years old going 30 ;) She is wise beyond her years, for sure. My son is 8 and is really BIG on sports, especially baseball. He does have some developmental delays, but he's as reallly progressed the past 2 years. His school is AMAZING!
That's me and my family in a nutshell. I hope to gain some insight on developmental delays and help others out as well!
