ugh. i usualy dont complain about our school district but this is ANNOYING

back in September there was an issue with aiden's busing. we decided we would drive aiden to school and the district sent us papers to fill out so we would get reimbursed for the gas. we never received a check. on weds we got a letter stating they would send us a tax form to fill out since its income. we have called and called the lady back and still no answer. we cant file our taxes until we talk to her!! grrrr. i am not filling it out since it was not income because we never got a check! i am so annoyed.

What a pain.  Sorry you're having to go through that.  It seems unfair that it's considered income to you when others in the dictrict get transportation for their children (call a bus) and they don't have to claim it as income.
