Mmmm... Sunday dinner today will be chicken divan, spinach salad, wild rice (& some steamed rice for the kids), and an apple/pear crisp.

I don't know what this dish is called but since my sis in law introduced it to us, we call it Elaine's goop.

Bake grape tomatoes in olive olive (1/4 cup) with oregano for 30 min.  On a cookie sheet, bake fresh asparagus for 10 minutes and toast pine nuts.  Cook pasta  in the meantime and I usually add peas to the same water. Assemble it all in the dish with the tomatoes and add cheese. It's wonderful!

Sounds delicious! But my kids and hubby would never eat it!!!
