ok so if you knew that a young girl lets say 12 or 13 was dating an older guy like 18 - 20, would you turn it into the authorities???
This girl has already told most of the girls at school that it is going on, and that she has had sexual relations with guys other than this one????
Also, if you report, who do you report it to?
I agree with the above. Good luck!

Not only do you contact the police but it would probably be a good idea to speak with the parents, give them a chance to fix the situation as well. If you feel that the parents may be the cause of why child is going to an older person for attention, than you may want to contact child protective services as well. They are listed in your local phone book or you can call Health and Welfare.
Call the police and DCS...she is not old enough in the eyes of the courts to make this decision. He knows better but is a pedophile. Its stautory rape no matter if she is willing. And really..she is way too young to even understand whats going on.Please notify someone before she becomes pregnant.
As a woman who got married at 16 to a man who was 11yrs older...PLEASE, do what you can to rectify this situation. She will be emotionally scared for life and have trouble finding a healthy adult relationship for years. (Took me 15 years to find one. I "grew up" so fast, I try hanging on to being a kid even now...sometimes, not so bad any more.)
I divorced the a-hole 6 months after my 17th b-day. It was a very mentally, emotionally, verbally, and sexually abusive relationship. Physical abuse was in the sex (raped while married to him) and small stuff like finger poking (hard!!), pinning by throat against a wall, etc. (never left a mark). He controlled everything from what I ate, to who my friends were, my career choice, finances, and even if I could shut the bathroom door.
Call the cops, it can even be anoyomus if you want. Call child services, too...same way. Talk to the parents first if you want, especially if you feel they are unaware of the situation. If it seems like they are encouraging her behavior...make the above phone calls.
