For me, I'd say, getting her to go to bed. She procrastinates so much! Then once she is in bed she "remembers" to brush her teeth or needs a drink etc....

Getting her to go to bed...she is at the cheer gym until 9:30 on Tues & Wed & 8:00 on Thurs so she is wound up...the good thing is she doesn't start school until 9:05 am so she can sleep until 8ish.

neither, really. My son is a total morning person and when it is bedtime he knows it is bedtime..

I'm not home in the mornings to get him up during the week since I'm already gone to work by the time they need to get up and on the weekends I let them sleep in so getting him to bed is harder

Lexie is usually pretty good about both...But if I had to choose I would say waking her up. She has no real bedtime...She has to be IN bed by 10pm but she can go to sleep anytime she wants. Like me, she doesn't need much sleep (5-6hrs is enough) so I don't want to make her go to sleep earlier...Then she'll wake up at, like, 4am, LoL. But sometimes she'll turn off her alarm in the morning, and I have to get her up...Not fun.

Neither really but wake ups are harder. He just doesn't like it...unless its the weekend & then he's up with the sun & happy as could be...silly kid!
